You can set conditions for form fields. This enables you to set up branching logic based on respective answers.

Conditions can only apply to fields with answer options (multiple choice/Only one answer possible).

Now create the follow-up questions that should appear based on the selection made. Under Conditions, select the question from Step 1 and specify which selection should trigger the display of the follow-up question.
