You should prepare some data for a successful and smooth start. In this checklist you will find the data we need to get your application ready for launch:

Corporate Design
Define your corporate design in the administration area. Make sure that all logos are replaced.
App name
Define an app name (max. 20 characters). Please note that the name should be kept short (e.g. for correct display of the app icon) and not already assigned.
Company logo
Please send us your logo as a vector file or as a PNG in good quality.
App icon
We will be happy to design an app icon for you and send you the designs for approval (max. 2 designs, each additional design: Euro 110,- /h).
If you would like to implement the design yourself, please note the following:
- Icon should be easily recognizable even in small format
- Formats: Square and round
- Icon as a vector file or as a PNG in good quality
Example:
Splash screens
The splash screen appears when you start your employee app. Your company logo is displayed here. Optionally, an individual background image can also be displayed here. For further details, please contact Ms. Friedmann directly.
Starting with Android 12, there is no longer a classic splash screen. The behavior has been changed so that only a logo appears in the middle.
App description text
Due to the tightened review criteria of Google and Apple, we strongly advise against using your own description text, as it significantly reduces the chances of a successful review. We would be happy to provide you with the necessary text.

10.2 Before publication in the app stores, the customer receives a design proposal for the app icon and the splash screen from cycoders, which the customer must approve in writing. If further corrections are made after this written approval by the customer, the customer shall bear the additional costs incurred.
