After the first login, each employee must confirm the data protection regulations once. You can additionally activate a third checkbox and put in your desired text.
Navigate to Settings in the administration area and click on the Texts button.
Edit the setting Additional text data protection and insert the desired text. This will then appear under the existing checkboxes.
Now go back to Settings and this time select the User button.
Click the pencil icon next to Clear the check box for Enable Privacy Extra Text.
Check the box next to Enable and then click Save.
Once this option is activated, the mandatory third checkbox will appear during the login process.
