If you are unable to receive/display push messages or badge icons on your smartphone, navigate to your profile. If the following message is displayed below, please proceed as follows to resolve the problem.
If you are still unable to receive push messages / badges, please follow the steps listed below.
Check whether the notifications for the app are activated at the operating system level of the respective device:
Go to Settings - Apps - LOLYO App - Notifications and make sure that the notifications are allowed.
If the notifications are allowed, you can try to generate the required push token again:
Step 1:
Place a finger on a part of the screen (within LOLYO) and drag from top to bottom. A refresh of the page should be triggered.
Step 2:
Exit the app. Navigate to Settings - Apps - find your LOLYO app and click on Stop / Force stop.
Step 3:
Open the app again as usual. Check that the message that no push messages can be received has disappeared.

Go to Settings - Your LOLYO app - Messages - Allow messages.
Step 1:
Place a finger on a part of the screen (within LOLYO) and drag from top to bottom. A refresh of the page should be triggered.
Step 2:
Close the app. To do this, swipe up from the bottom edge of the iPhone - you should now see all active apps. Swipe to the right/left until your LOLYO app is displayed. Now swipe this app upwards so that it disappears.
