LOLYO appointments can be subscribed to by external calendar apps. The integration takes place via a URL, which can be generated on the desired date page if enabled by the administrator. The subscribed events have read-only access.
¶ Generate URL
Go to your event page and click on the “Feed” icon to retrieve the URL.
The URL can simply be copied from the open window. There is also the option to only subscribe to the appointments that are marked as accepted or interested.
Important: If you check/uncheck the box, the URL also changes and must be copied again.
The URL can be regenerated at any time, meaning that existing integrations become invalid and must be reconfigured with the current URL.
¶ Integration into external calendars
Most calendar apps support subscribing to a calendar via a URL, which regularly retrieves the current appointments.
