¶ Link to the LOLYO Learning platform
As soon as your LOLYO Learning instance has been set up, you will find a link (visible to administrators) in the menu:
You can of course adapt this as you wish.
¶ Distribute/Verify Administrative Permissions
We recommend that you check the administrative rights of your users at least once. Users who are already assigned to the group "Administrator" in LOLYO will also be assigned to the role "Administrator" in LOLYO Learning.
You can also create/edit users and edit groups in LOLYO Learning yourself, but this has no effect on the users in LOLYO.
¶ Synchronize data
To keep the data in LOLYO Learning up to date, you should either synchronize manually at regular intervals or use the automatic function:
Data created in LOLYO Learning is never synchronized to your LOLYO instance.
