When you create a page, you can define the page status.
Draft
The page is still being edited, so it is not yet visible.
Published (not listed)
The page is visible, i.e. viewable, but not accessible via the menu. This status is useful if, for example, you want to display a page nested within another page. For example as Grid Menu.
Published
The page is visible immediately.
