When creating rewards, choose a number of points equal to the value of the reward. It should also be possible to earn that number of points.

You can use both small and large or valuable goodies. You know best what your employees will appreciate. However, we can give you some good examples from the field:
- VIP parking (e.g. in the shade) for a day
- Exclusive meal with a superior (CEO, team leader, etc.)
- Discount coupons - from partner companies, collaborations, factory outlets or your own store
- Discount on work clothes or free work clothes, shoes, etc.
- Free meal or product from the company cafeteria
- A voucher for a snack or coffee machine, a shopping mall or a gas station
- Merchandise - from cell phone cases to water bottles
- Manicure, pedicure, massage appointment or subsidies for a gym, yoga classes, healthcare
