¶ Step 1
To create a new bulletin board, go to Pages & Menu and Create a Site in the administration area. Enter a unique page title and select 10 Bulletin board. Don't forget to set the visibility for the groups and click save.
¶ Step 2
After saving, you have the option of selecting a bulletin board.
Be sure to select the correct bulletin board from the drop-down menu. In our example, there are already several bulletin boards. In order not to display the same content as on bulletin board 1 or 2, we select bulletin board 5 here, but you can select any “free” bulletin board.
By using multiple bulletin boards, you can create your own areas for your employees to post in. You can even create a community page using the grid menu.
